How it Works

Tutorials

We have a selection of how-to tutorial videos to help you get started using the Dealsealer website below:

Buyers

Product / Service Requests

This is what we’re all about! As a buyer you can log in and request the product and/or services you need.

Simply enter some details such as a title, description, category relevant to your request and date you require the product or service by. You can also specify an optional budget and upload images to illustrate exactly what it is you are after!

Once complete click the ‘send’ button and Dealsealer.com.au handles the rest. Instantly your request is sent far and wide to any and all businesses that can help. All you need to do is sit back and relax while a bunch of offers come back. Simple!

'Communicating with Sellers'

Here's the beauty of Dealsealer… you can talk to the sellers much like you were on their shop floor. Have a question about an offer or need to negotiate some terms? Feel free to communicate back and forth to secure the deal.

'Sealing the Deal'

Happy with an offer? Click the “Seal the Deal” button to lock it in! You and the seller receive an automatic notification, as well as a confirmation receipt showing all pertinent details of the deal, such as:

  • Deal ID number
  • Business & Customer's contact details
  • Final accepted price and offer expiry date
  • Sale conditions

You are now free to follow through with arrangements made with the seller, to claim your product or service.

Sellers

Lead Filters for businesses

Lead filters help Dealsealer.com.au match customers' requests with your business.

Once registered with Dealsealer.com.au as a seller, you can specify exactly what it is their business specialises in. The offering can be as broad or as narrow as they wish. It simply defines which categories of product or services they offer.

Lead filters can be added, removed or changed at any time to ensure the requests arriving in a sellers inbox are relevant and high quality.

Product and service 'Leads'

Whenever a buyer submits a request for a particular product or service that matches the criteria of a seller, the seller receives a new ‘Lead’ containing the details of the request.

As a business, you can specify how you would like to receive these leads – whether it be by mobile push notification or simply email.

Responding with an 'Offer'

A business owner can browse freely through all leads they receive and choose to respond or ignore. Should there be a favourable lead, the seller can ‘make an offer’ which is instantly sent back to the buyer.

Keeping track of your leads is easy. You can sort and flag specific leads for later review. Once you make an offer on a lead, it is automatically transferred to an ‘Active Leads’ page for you.

Modifying offers and communication with customers

Communication is key to the Dealsealer selling experience. Each offer a business makes can be edited at any time to change dates, offer price, conditions and information in line with buyer requests.

'Sealing the Deal'

If a buyer is happy with your offer, they click the “Seal the Deal” button. You and the Buyer receive an automatic notification, as well as a confirmation receipt showing all pertinent details of the deal, such as:

  • Deal ID number
  • Business & Customer's contact details
  • Final accepted price and offer expiry date
  • Sale conditions

'Instant Deals'

Instant Deals serve as a way to sell your products and/or services through Dealsealer.com.au 'instantly' without replying to leads. They can be useful to move a large amount of similar stock.

Creating a new instant deal is simple, just specify some basic information about your product or service offering and upload an image.

Your instant deal will appear in several places on Dealsealer.com.au such as:

  • At the top of the screen when a user is requesting a product or service that falls under the same criteria.
